Gianfia Corp. began operations in 2008 as a small concrete contracting company. Over the past five years, we have grown into a multi-million dollar corporation, performing work for both private and municipal clients such as The County of Westchester, The City of New York and Consolidated Edison of New York.
Project experience includes foundations, rehabilitation and reconstruction, site work, masonry and concrete specialty work.
Member of the ASCE of the Upper Hudson Valley, enrolled in the National Maintenance Agreement Policy Committee with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Laborers International Union of North America and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Other unions include the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 5 of New York and the Steamfitters Industry of NY.
Our projects are fully staffed with OSHA certified union employees and a Site Safety Manager maintaining an active and aggressive safety program, protecting both Gianfia employees and our clients. Our current EMR Rating is 0.93 MOD.
We have a full in-house estimating staff to provide detailed estimates and schedules while working side by side with our clients. Our Project Management team, including our superintendents, can provide you with constructable input, as well as, on-site problem solving that can eliminate potential field problems.
Our computerized accounting program allows us to cost control our projects, detailing materials and labor costs to date and cost to complete at any given time.
